Hi Guys,
This might be more aplicable to those dx7 users with the 200 - as this is what i have trying to do this set up corectly, but just wanted to ask!!!
What swash mix settings are you guys using for your Aileron, Elevator and Pitch. I think I have the head set properly (swash 7mm at mid stick on 0 pitch and all servos at 90).
I saw the Finless video(s) for CCPM set up and noticed he mentioned about having the settings for the above at around 50%-60%. When I set my 200 up this way I noticed 100% stick inputs for pitch in either direction to achieve +- 12 degree pitch wasn't happening - i was getting more like 8+- degrees.
I changed the setting for pitch mix to 75% and it now gives much more pitch range (and swash moves up and down its full range), Am I doing this right have you guys got similar settings to achieve full pitch range ?
I noted on the finless video however, that he mentions its important not to give to much range as some extra is needed for cyclic inputs on top of pitch for situations when your at full pitch (positive or negative), and need to throw in some cyclic movements on top which as a consequence would mean the blades need a bit more pitch in one way or another (e.g. at full pitch +12 dgrees then some elevator cyclic would result in blades at certain positions haveing around 15-16 degrees pitch - hope that makes sense?
Thanks
Darren
