Align ESC not working today?

My ESC was working fine yesterday until I pluged it in today. The Align ESC nolonger does the melody/tones at startup. The radio and servos are getting power, but the motor is not.:arggg:. Is the ESC a total loss or am I forgetting something?

Make sure your battery in the radio is fully charged. Then H- throttle and reprogram.

Doesn't work unless transmitter is fully charged.. Good luck.
