I"don't know, but I planned on going there this weekend. My understanding is that they shut the heli area down in the past due to the fear of freq issues, with spektrum this isn't an issue.
Will let you know when I know.

From my understanding the heli pad will be open for spektrum, Requirements are, stay on heli pad and use spektrum. There are three pads and only one could put you in harms way if you got away from the pad.

Bert just told me about this too. Jason, Jimmy Hihara, Bert, and Eric Stolz should be there. I will try and make it but I don't really have anything to fly.

Good both days,
Plenty of pilots but not so many that you couldn't get in a lot of flights. The more I fly my Raptor 90 the more I love flying it. Bert worked with me for a while today, I had a great time. :smokin:

I just got a new battery sponsor so my 600e is all hooked up and ready to go. Tomorrow I will be meeting up with Wes to get the stuff for my Knight. Hopefully by Saturday I can make it out to the Basin to fly. How much does 30% go for at the hobby house now?

At first I thought that was one "Goofy" looking TREX, but then I realized it was Pluto.
Oh well.
I wish I could have been out there with you guys.

Yes it was, I'm not far from the center of the quake and it was much more dramatic being so close.

Just hanging out, might fly Sunday. My helper is outta town so I gotta make it some place easy for me to access, ie. don't have to carry my heli stuff very far.

OCMA or Trabuco would be real short carries, less than 20 feet.
I'm flying Trabuco tomorrow, wanna come? Leaving at 7:45AM

Dan you have all the parts you need for the 700N? What motor did you go with and blades? I don't have anything except the 700n itself but I hope to have the kit built this weekend. Then I have to buy the rest a little at a time.
Well I have the Multigov Pro but that isn't an accomplishment since the kit comes with a governor already. lol

Just use the multigov pro. It's a travesty to call that thing that comes in the kit a governor.
