A lot of people like me have mounted their 2 in 1 switch box by the fuel tank and naturally the concern for fuel getting in the switch is probably the first thing you think about. To help prevent his I made a simple switch "boot" to somewhat cover the opening around the switch. I made it out of a piece of shrink wrap. I secured it around the switch with a little CA on the tip of an exacto knife. Of course it is not completely fuel proof, but it might just help keep out that one drop of fuel or anything else that could possibly ruin the unit. Thought I'd throw this out there for those that might want to try something similar. (or show me something better)

I have mine rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise , puts the switch off the back. The cover idea is good though, might have to borrow that one from you.
I also put mine up higher. I made a bracket that goes from the fan housing to the housing bolt on the frame. This gets it higer up and away from the fuel handing/spilling.

Used my 2-in-1 for about 15 flights, then replaced it with a Duralite reg. The 2-in-1 began not lighting the glow plug while the ignition LEDs would just flicker and never stay on. Had to hold the button down to light the plug only sometimes. I am assuming some oil and or fuel got into the switch control by migrating up the wires. Looked a bit wet at that little black rubber boot. I should have gobbed a small bit of clear silicone on and around that boot opening sealing it closed on the wires. I would suggest this little step to anyone, to possibly avoid trouble.
