i am new to nitros and have put almost 3 gallons through this 600 n now. i did a few very mild 3d maneuvers tonight for the first time. this was my first time 3d with any heli actually. it just felt sluggish and slow doing flips and rolls. what can i do to speed this up a bit?
here is some more info:
9452 cyclic
8900/770 tail(seems plenty fast)
align 600d carbon blades
align plastic paddles
no expo on any w/ dx7
haven't installed aligh gov yet

it seemsed to be loosing head speed during these moves, so i asume the align gov when installed will help out a lot. would upgrading paddles help much at all?

Upgrading the paddles will help. As well as a more controlled head speed.

What headspeed are you running now?

i had a couple friends help me set it up so sadly enough, i don't even know what headspeed i am running.
i will have someone help me install my align metal fan and align gov...what is a good head speed to run in idle up?
are the align paddleds any good? v paddles?

I run 1750, 1900, and 2050.

The Align paddles are good, V paddles are good, Raptor greenies are good and inexpensive too.

my stickers on my stock paddles are already getting slimed, so i will upgrade paddles and get that gov installed. thanks!

take a look at your swash AFR's, you might be able to squeeze a little more deflection out of them, having a gov that provides a consistent headspeed throughout the maneuvers will also make a significant improvement as noted before.
