Hey guys, I have a 450 size helicopter and I need to upgrade keytech head lock gyro to
something better. I want some advice because I don't know which one to get. I was looking
at a Logitech gyro and futaba, which of two are are good and easy to setup? And I want
one that is future proof for larger rc helicopter. I need help guys, i'm a noob also so I know
I will have trouble to begin with. Gyro and radio is hard subject to decide. But I'm going for
gyro upgrade and I know its tuff to decide which one to get. Please help me to decide.
Thanks.

the gy401 with futaba 9257 tail servo seems to work great on all the 450's I have worked on, seen, flown or watched  the logitech 2100 is also something to consider, but the 401's have the marketshare.

I agree the 401 is great for the 450, however if you are looking to use it on a larger heli in the future you may want to consider something like the Spartan DS760.

Agreed... the 401 on my 450v2 is rock solid.

fwiw..

Can't go wrong with either one...HiTec has the rebranded 2100 with their own digital t/r servo...I'd go that route if I were just starting...
