OK, spoke with his (soon to be) ex this evening. They are seperated. She doesnt know where he is staying right now but will make some phone calls tommorrow. I also have a MD State Trooper thats is a buddy (real old family friend). Thing is right now with the one guy at $100 and Barry at $260 its a little short of the more serious theft over $500 (do believe thats the felony cutoff). I'll try and get ahold of Mike (my buddy) after I hear back from his wife. Will keep you posted.

No. I did ship you gyro as I said I did. I gave you tracking # and you know as well as I do when it gets into Canada I can not track it anymore. I Told you before If I know you did not get it then I will refund you. I have refunded Steeltoes and he says I did not. My pay pal says I did and untill I see different as I am working on it I will not refund him a second time. I have told this to him as well. Pay Pal is of little help to me so I have asked for a statement showing all my transactions and I of yet have received it. So when I do receive it I will either shhow him where I have refunded him Or I will refund him again if infact he has not bin refunded already. London Police Internet Fraud unit is calling me back so I can file a report against stevenzx10. I spoke to paypal, and they will talk to the London Police, and give them a special hotline for Law enforcers. YOU READING THIS STEVEN! ENFORCERS! Depending on the judgment call by paypal, they may suspend his ebay and paypal accounts, and put him over to collections....the fun is just beginning. Oh the joys of pulling up credit bureaus, and calling places of employment, neighbors, family members. Stevenzx10's laundry is going to be apparent for all to see. Believe me, there are so many ways to find out info on Mr. Louk when you work in that field. Like I said, don't believe the 'ex' story. Spoke to the London Police Crime Unit. Occurrence # was opened. All I have to do is write up a nice detailed statement, print off these threads and my PM's to back up the data, and hand it in to HQ. Lucky for me I took tomorrow off! I know what I'll be doing. Steeltoes, I think you should file a report in your state as well. No unkind deed should go unpunished. This is the rightful course to take, let's take it to the max! It feels good to know I'm not alone out there. As for Splix? Buddy, you got taken. He replies to all my PM's as well. Get your statement ready and be prepared to file your police report too.

Thats great you got it resolved, one down two to go. You know it could be a comedy of errors and some of the worst luck ever with shipping. The thing is he brought it on himself atleast with Steel because it was supposed to be shipped UPS and was not. The thing that really set off the bells was when he couldnt give Steel a tracking number , but was able to tell him the package was on its way back as undeliverable. That alone seems to be a recurring theme though. I really am dissapointed though becuase the guy is fairly local and always love meeting new flyers. Actually think I'm going to head over to the Baltimore Bad Boyz field and do some flying with Will.
