This is such crap about waiting to get a list of his activity from Paypal. They do NOT hide activity on your account. You can see ALL your activity from your account manager control panel. Run the fricken report. If it does not show up, you did not do it, or it did not take place!!!! Geesh... Enough Already!

As for stepheva (http://www.helifreak.com/member.php?u=19645)'s Gyro that was supposedly "returned as undeliverable:, I'm curious as to what the tracking number on that package says if it was ran

Lol we have this kind of jokers in Sweden aswell. I red a thread in a swedish heliforum www.rcheli.se (http://www.rcheli.se) and it is basically the same discussion, well some people got there money/parts back but the ones who did had to go and visit him. The police didnt do mutch at all but I think he got in to prison after some bigger swindled with cars etc.

yed back then yes he can refund me then. But yet I still do not hear from him. So I told him its either this or I will see him in court. Its quite simple really. OH and yeah I am not a school bus driver. Thats pretty funny though. I live in MD not WV and I doubt I will tell you guys what I do but I work for my self now not any one else. So Any ways. Its really up to him. Get Payment today like I said to end this crap or keep fartin around and not talking to me like he never dose and we will see each other in court. I have told him this and that is what it is??

Steven, I gave your wife Barry and my cell phone numbers for you to reach us for more convenience. BTW- certain cases attorneys fees and court costs are nonrecoverable in MD, fraud is not one of them, its the judges discretion. Just make a payment to him, if infact he ends up with two payments I know dang sure Barry would correct it immediately.
