Replacing fly bar weights?

I just received some replacement parts and tools to take the flybar apart but it's not obvious how you take it apart to replace the weights. I don't think pulling on the fins is a good idea and i already unscrewed the tiny hex screws. What now?

you unscrew the paddles then slide the weights off, make sure oyur flybar is even when you put it back on and the paddles are equal distance

When I first starting looking at things on this heli I was under the impression that the brass weights were somehow connected to the fly bar paddles, this is no the case (in case you were wondering). :thumbup:
