anyone know of a place to get stiffer o-rings for the blade400?

No, but I did something that so far I'm happy with. Your mileage may vary.
Remove the center pivot pin that the feathering shaft goes thru (the one in the middle of the head block). Drill the head block so a feathering shaft covered in thick Nitro fuel line is really hard to get into the hole you just drilled. (need to make sure you drill the head square!)
Re-assemble head minus o-rings and center pivot pin. The longer the fuel line, the stiffer the dampening becomes.
I'm loving it so far.. Here's a picture

i will look into that. i have a trex 450v2 but the o-rings in that are too large. maybe the older trex 450s will work. thanks for your input

My orings started chewing out after just 2 10 minute hovers. So I had some spares in the drawer out of a multi pack I got from the hardware store, put them in, started chewing out again after 2 more flights.
What gives? I have the shims against the orings, then the step washer facing the blade grip bearings like it should. Looks like the shims are too small a diameter and slice the rubber oring every time the feather shaft tilts up down.
Maybe some fuel tubing instead of the orings perhaps...

Make sure you use a little grease on your o-rings before putting them back together.
A little petroleum jelly or something to help prevent the shafing.

i cant even find the stock o-rings, checked all the online hobbyshops that i know of and nothing. but i found out that the axe cp o-rings are the same size but just as soft as the stock b400. im gonna look around at the lhs today and see what i can find in the rc car section. later!
