Hey all

I'm installing a new tail servo and am upgrading the bracket to hold it. Is it better to take the tail case off to slide the brackets on, or go from the other end, ie: from where the boom joins the frame. I see there is alot more to take off if I got from the tail end.

thoughts, suggestions?

Cheers

Did you get the Trex boom mount kit?

When I did mine, I took it all apart, because I wanted to be sure that the belt didn't get twisted in the wrong direction. It doesn't take that much longer anyways. Then once you have the tail case off, you could slide the rod guides off, and take the tail brace loose.
Then slide the mounts up the boom.
This way you don't have to take the boom loose and fish the belt through the boom.

If you use the stock guide, you can open them up enough to slip over the boom
so you don't have to take it off.
