what fix has firmware 1.2 ?
ar6200 (not ar6100)
is this the latest firmware for the 6200??
how can i tell? is there a sticker or something?

NO real way to tell except test it. Bind, link and pull power from Rx and restore power within 15 seconds. If the LED comes on immeditely, you have Quick Connect. If the LEDS flash you have the latest firmware. If it takes 2 -5 seconds or longer to reconnect, you have older firmware.
There are no known issues with the 6200 that requires updating, as long as you are feeding it sufficient power.

hey pinecone, question for ya on this topic, I've noticed mine will reconnect very quickly, within a half second, however the led's do not flash indicating a problem, is that considered old or new? ty pinecone:thumbup:

The DX6i manula states that all Rxes made since mid summer 07 have quick connect. But the flashing LED didn't come into being until a couple of months ago. So you have an inbetween firmware.
When I tested my Rxes, all be 2 (and I have 20) seemed to quick connect. But I still sent them in for update. I ost a few bucks to ship them to Horizon, 13 days wait and they were back with all the latest and greatest firmware. nd it was winter and not any good flying anyway. :)
