Centering your servos is done by eye. The swash tool is for setting how level your swash at mid stick and full +/- pitch.

You can take a small bubble level and hot glue it to a U shaped staple with the sharp points ground off with the staple bent to fit into two of the servo arm holes if you really want it perfect.
