Installed HS-65 HB Servo's on my B400. The problem is that the Heli will not take off! It is like everything is backwards it only wants to push into the ground at full thottle. I am new to RC Heli so any help would be great

You have to reverse the servos in your transmitter. Aileron, Elevator, and Pitch I believe.
Disconnect your motor leads, and look at pgs 17-20 in your blade 400 manual to make sure you have the control surfaces moving the right way...
This is common when changing to different servos.
Hope this helps.

What worked? Reversing the servo direction on the TX??
I'm about to install HS-65HB's in my B400. This will be good to know.

Alternatively you should also be able to reverse things by going into the swash mixing menu and reversing some things. If for example it says 60% for pitch change it to -60%. Then it'll go the other way. This is a useful thing to understand when setting up a new non RTF helo.

I ended up flipping my blade mixing arms to make it leading edge control. I tried everything you guys suggested here, but thats how I got mine to work. The pitch curve was the wrong way round. Easy fixed.....
