Making the e325 snappier

i have a stock e325 and i would like to make it fly more like my t-rex 600n. I have trouble getting the e325 to flip and roll in place. what upgrades can i make to increase the roll rate. thank you for your time.

Metal upper and lower mixing arms, green paddles, carbon fiber blades, 220mm fly bar.... Get your headspeed up to 3,000 - 3,200. It should roll pretty good doing those upgrades. It will never fly like a T-Rex 600.... It's kind of like comparing apple to oranges.

You could also increase the pitch on the cyclic controls, as long as there's no binding.
