I have a BC6 and bought the Charge Graph program kit (EAC200)
I loaded the software on my computer, it runs and comes up when I click the e icon.
But the computer and BC6 don't seem to be connected to each other, even thought I have the USB plugged into the a USB port in the front of may computer.
The best I could tell from instructions, also installed the supplied vista USB
This didn't work either.
So, in summary, when I plug USB cord in and put battery on charge it doesn't send any signal to the graph on the computer screen???:arggg:
My computer:
GATEWAY 420GR
Pentium 4 CPU 2.93 GHz
1.00 GB of RAM
Windows XP, Home Edition, 2002
Can anyone please help, I was looking so forward to being able record charge history of my batteries
I tried emailing bantam from thier web site, but absolutley not response and no phone number to call, really disapointed in customer support.
Thanks, Joe

Had the same problem. You need to set the USB to ON from the settings profile within the BC6 charger. Scroll through the settings until you hit USB functions.

dormani,
thank-you so much, I tried it and it works, great.
I had tried loading the software about 100 times about a month ago and had all but given up when I could not get any support from bantam. The instructions are lacking.
But then I just happend to see this forum yesterday.
The software had unloaded itself, and I could not find the authorization key. The manual said the number came with the disk, so I spent an hour trying to find a pice of paper with the key cause I figured I lost it a month ago. Then I happend to notice on the disk a small obligatory note that said it was in a file on the disk, which was different than manual indicated.
Anyway, I am still confused about temp sensor, I bought one to put on battery when charging, the program has temp scale on graph, but I can't figure out where to plug it in because the USB plugs in the temp port on the BC6 an there is not another port.
How does this work???
Thanks Joe

On the BC-6, you cannot use the Temp sensor and USB at the sametime.

RC Accessory,
Thanks, at least I know now.
I am little frustrated with the documentation. It indicates one can use USB and Temp Sensor, It just did't mention to say it can't do both at same time. Actually in the manual under speacial features it sorta implies you can do both at same time and just purchase them.
I don't know if you have any connection with Bantam? If you do you might let them know a guy in Alabama had a little trouble with it.
But then again we don"t have any shoes here in Alabama and can't read much, but at least I have a r/c helicopter, TREX 600, and a battery charger, so who needs shoes anyway. :D
Thanks again,
Fullspeed

lol...
The EAC200 kit also is for the BC6-10 and BC-8, which both chargers have separate ports for the USB and Temp. I don't know why Bantam decided to combine the 2 on the BC-6.
Glad you go it going. :clappp
