we just moved here looking to join in to any surrounding heli clubs in Arizona near Payson, Fountain hills or Mesa Area.

I see some flying fields in your area but not users. Maybe you can see which one is closer to you and contact them directly. They might be able to five you some ideas of clubs and stuff. Here is the link... type "Arizona" press enter and zoom in. Oh, don't forget to select "view fields" on the left to actually see what's there.
