Friend is going to sell his 10X transmitter. What's it worth?

Not really sure what he should ask for it. Perfect condition with Lipo Transmitter pack. It's the heli version, but despite rumors you can't fly planes he has planks to he flies with it. Any idea what it is worth?
I checked ebay but they had one new one for like >$1k and serveral used one's that were 5-7 days out from ending and low on price.

I wouldn't. While you can fly planks, you will be missing a lot of plank features.

The X9303 2.4 makes a lot more sense.
