Jr Servo pack is awesome.....I got mine brand new on ebay for 107.00$ and they all drop right in except the tail. you need to mount it on the boom and shorten your pitch change rod. its super easy and well worth it

Sniper, sorry to hear of your crash.
LJ, 107 bucks?! you suck! LOL - I paid 160 from horizon hobbies.
Actually the 3400G will mount in the stock position just fine, I just prefer it on the boom.
And dont forget you will need a 3" extention wire for the elevator servo (sure your LHS will have them)

Has anyone seen a Futaba servo equivalent that fits for the swash? I purchased a futaba tail (9257) and woud like to stick with Futaba if there is something out there. Nothing against JR...fly JR in a couple of my planes.....just like to keep the same brand on the same aircraft.
BTW, if I had seen that deal out there I would have gone with that in a HEARTBEAT. SWEET!
