T-Rex Head on Belt CP.

This is the head i picked up from XMSeller on ebay (Same people as cnchelicopter.com)
This one is 119 bucks for the entire head and is made of 7075 Aluminium... there is another verson you can get at Xheli.com for 69 bucks but its softer 6061 aluminium.

Anyways heres video of it installed on the belt cp in a quick hover test.. its light years better than the standard esky cnc.

Since you bought this from ebay, do you have a link? I flies pretty well... or that is just the pilot? I bought the Belt-CP after seeing the video on xheli.com thinking that I would be able to do that. Man, was I wrong!!! I'm JUST learning to hover now! :arggg:

Its more responsive and easier to set up than the Esky head. Setup is Key in this hobby, your setup
is probably a little off and making it difficult for you.

Suggest you watch the following videos and go over your heli again following whats been shown on the video's
Finless videos work perfectly fine as well but he is mainly dealign with 3D setup, which you are very far from but
all the same its all the same setup procedures.

Dont mind the helicopter being used, its the same for any collective pitch heli.

Anyways back to this head.
It has Less play in the head, and Well we all know Underslung flybar is always better than Overslug.

For Belt CP please specify for him to give you Style B Swash. This is a v2 head with
the 4mm to 3mm stepdown feathering shaft.
Washout assembly on this unit is Version 4, much better than what comes stock
on Trex SE v2

Feathering shaft on this is 3mm all the way as in Version one Trex... If you have alot of Feathering shafts for your Belt CP Esky CNC Head on hand you can use them with this head just ahve to cut off 4 milimeters from it.

I have a friend who I've known for a few weeks and I see him doing a little 15-20' hop from time to time down at the field and think "he's doing ok, but he must be pretty new to this business". We had a couple of cold ones for the first time the other night. It turns out he's been flying his chopper for two years!

Me? I feel much better now about my 15 second hovers! :roll:
