THe VH Directions say to use a Enya 3 and Enya 4 with the 3 in teh slanted hole. I know people that use any combination of Enya and even 2 OS 8 plugs with god success. I run Enya 3&4 when I can get to Mac's and re-supply as everybody else charges WAY to much for Enya plugs.

From my experience with the Viperhead dual plug head. It does not matter what plug you use in each hole. Just need to use 2 quality plugs.
I have ran the Viperhead with 2 Enya 3's, a 3 and 4. Two OS 8's, Enya 3 and OS 8, two Hanger 9 Enya clones.
All of those combos worked fine, I could not tell any difference in how one combo ran from another combo.
