does anyone know of a website or such for rcp? i'm looking for some specs for this motor, such as can it be ran on 3 cells lipo for my plank. i know when running 6 cell lipo, you'll need a 60 amp esc, but how about when it's on 3 cells? would a 30 amp esc suffice?

No never 30 Amps, look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ohm's_law that should give you an idea. My thinking would be to use the same controller rated for the motors wattage see

thanks for the links, everyone. after much research, i'm now looking at one of those scorpion esc's from readyheli. the 60 amp esc, that has an internal 3 amp switching bec looks very very sweet. i mean, being able to program it without having to switch any wires around or even hook it up to your computer? it sounds too good to be true. i've gotta try one. if i get that esc, then i can use my phoenix 60 for my plank project. thanks again.

so i guess my last question is, can i run the rcp motor on three or four cell lipo? can't seem to find that info. i've ordered a cc 85hv for my hurricane, and i'll be able to use the phoenix 60 for my plank.
