It seems to me that my belt is rather low on the belt drive pulley and belt tensioners.
In fact the belt almost appears to be touching the lower lip of the belt tensioners.
Is this low position normal? Or should things line up - more or less - center?
I have everything snug - so I don't see any room for vertical adjustment.
I am using 2 washers above the belt drive pulley.
