There are two small set screws that screw into either side of the sprag housing 0866-4 these were quite loose on my fury so I have tightened them up, what do they do? I cant see them in the instructions?
Should I threadlock them then tighten them again?

Having done a couple of searches  I know what the screws are for now however that leads me to the next question...
I have just noticed that my main gear was able to turn a little against tha sprag when put under strain. I have read the previous posts about slipping and I think its a case of the set screws in the sprag housing needing to be tightened against the flats of the outer sprag race.
The question is how do you dissasemble the sprag to make sure the flats are there and to make sure they are aligned with the holes for the set screws that lock against them.
Do i need to press out the bearing to get at it? if so how would you do that?

Hmmmm, usually these units are pre-assembled here and require no further attention. However, you should be able to get the inner race out with a little heat, a pair of heavy gloves and something to hold it. This "something" needs to hold the 866-4 on the outer flange and be deep enough to let the inner race come out...a piece of pipe 3 or 4 inch's long and big enough in diameter to allow the inner part of the 866-4 to clear, but not it's flange would work.
Heat the 866-4 up, drop it into the pipe big end down, grasp the pipe/866-4 together with a gloved hand and hit it against a hard surface, open end down. It may take a few tries, but the inner race will eventually come out this way.
Clean all the parts in thinner. Apply green locktite to the outer surface of the race and re-insert it into the 866-4 so that the flats align with the set screw holes. Apply a little blue locktite to the set screws and drive them in, not too tight though. What you want to do is put the remainder of the sprag together along with the 0866-6 and tighten the set screws tight but not so tight that they cause the sprag to have drag.

If you remove the main gear and mast.. then assemble them together again outside of the frames... just main gear, mast, & head. Then you can hold on to the head and the main gear and twist them against each other.
To blindly find the flats: With this assembly removed from the frame, snug up one or both set screws just enough to bind. Then muscle the gear around (causing the bearing casing to slip). At some point, the tension will abruptly release. That's where the flat meets the set screw. Just tighten down the set screws there. You should notice that they go in a little deeper now. Done.

Thanks for the advice everyone, I took the bull by the horns and got out the heat gun!!.
I made a little bit of a mistake when re assembling the sleve back in Chris as I mistakenly pushed aginst the bronze bush to push the sleeve back in. This then pushed the bush to far into the sleeve. So after more heat and lots of cursing I drifted the sleeeve out then the bronze bush out of the sleeve cleaned everything up again with alchohol and then reset the bronze bush back into the sleeve.
I phoned Bob at Min Air and he told me the Bronze bush rests 22thou below the top of the sleeve. So i pressed it in using my Drill press until it measured 22 thou.
Once the bush was back in I put it all back together again this time using a socket to push the sleeve bak into the housing.
Im glad I did this as the whole sprag bearing was a bit of a mystery to me, now i know how it works it will be much easier to work on in future.
