Hi guys
got the vstabi installed on an xtreme 50 nitro. heli flies well apart from the tail. No matter what we do we cant set up the tail properly, it seems to wag badly at what ever gain setting we put in.
using the jr 8900g (same as 8700g?) servo and jr dsx9 + spectrum reciever
I assume under the tail gyro settings, the sensitity is the amount of gain" ? is this connected to the piro optimisation somehow? Do i have to set up the piro optimisation to stop it wagging? really stuck on this one.
or is the vstab tail gyro no good for a nitro heli?
also it seems when we set up the vstab and get the cyclic servos centered, the servos stay centered. but if you cycle the rx power, the servos go to a strange postion, and the only way to get them back to the correct postion is to press "cold start" recalibrate. any ideas?
the tail worked fine with a jr 770t gyro
many thanks
