Is Futaba Digital S3050 std any good to use on my rudder.

That depends on which gyro you are using.

I will use GWS PG03 at first,
but I will likely buy an futaba GY401 soon. :)

If your going with a 401, which I highly recommend, then just get the 9254. Thats the setup on my Sceadu 50, and it holds straight as an arrow.
