HELP!!! CY Muscle Pipe 2 with YS91

I bought a CY muscle Pipe 2 for my ys91 and found that the manifold is not wide enough for the exhaust port of the engine. Im thinking about machining the opeing to mach the exhaust port of the engine

If your talking about the above MP. There is no need to machine on the header. Use the header just like it comes, it will work fine.

But if you want to machine the open in the header larger, you might as well try to open up the outlet on the pipe also.

There is a reason the muffler and header are designed the way they are. I would not try to change the formula.
