How long does it take to receive Phoenix?

Phoenix doesn't have a distributor in the U.S. Or at least they don't stock them

I just bought it from their online store. How long does it take to receive it?

I would cancel the order with the hobby store and order it directly from Phoenix. It took four days to receive mine from them with regular shipping rates. I live in Minnesota. They have had problems with their US distributor and are shipping direct for now.

I'm surprised hobby stores in the US don't inventory them.

It's because Runtime got shafted by Tower Hobbies who are also the main dealer for RealFlight. Or something like that. They saw Phoenix as being too good and tried to play dirty tricks, now its backfiring on them as there is a migration towards Phoenix.

Anyhow, even when there was stock, people in the US were saying that the UK Direct ordering was faster than domestic US.

Hey Guys,

Glad I saw this thread. I am converting to Phoenix. (sold my RFG4 here yesterday) Was debating ordering directly from phoenix or waiting until readyheli had it in stock again.

It has to go from UK to APO, NY in the US, then back across the atlantic again to me in Iraq. Going to order it right now and see how long it takes.

Any links to good threads on setting up a DX7 to be used with it would be greatly appreciated.

Hehehe not sure i rank up there with Will :) But thx. Go to "User CP", under Networking go to "Social Groups" . Just search for us, we are the largest group so just sort all the groups by size so we are easy to find. We trade files on the group such as custom flying fields.

I forgot to mention, I ordered it directly from phoenix-sim.com in the U.K.. I tried to order it from Ready-Heli.com but they informed me that they weren't sure when or if they would be getting anymore in stock.
