Greetings!! Started getting a hi freq. vibration in the heli that is present just after the engine is started, before spool up leading me to suspect an engine issue (bearings?). The vibration is around engine speed, and nothing else is loose, it made the heli move on the bench if not held down!! anybody experienced this??

your getting a high frequency vibration w/ the heli sitting at idle on the table? The engine is idleing around 1000rpm, no way your getting a high frequency vibration at that RPM range.
Only way to know if your getting a high frequency vibration is to get the heli spooled up and off the ground and see if the fins are vibrating.
