Hyper 50 break-in question

I have a hyper 50 on a trex 600n. I have 4 tanks of fuel through it. My question is, how many tanks should i run through before tuning?

You can ease into it about now, but don't lean the motor drastically until you've run a gallon thru it. Now tune for good idle, smooth transition and just 2 cycling (rich but not sputtering).

that will vary with elevation/temperature/humidity.
Use the finger on the backplate method, starting with cold to the touch to can hold finger on it for 5 seconds or so before it gets warm (not hot) for break in, then go for optimal performance after a gallon.
