Has anyone had trouble getting through to MRC support? I have sent emails and left phone calls concerning some of the pieces in my evo 50 kit, and haven't been able to get any responce. The one person I talk to last week said they were doing inventory that day but should here an answer that afternoon. No such luck. Just curious if this is common or just because it is a busy time of year for them?
