I bought blade grips and flybar cage from "Correct", I also bought a 3D Seesaw from Thunder Tiger, well, the 3D seesaw doesn't work with the standard flybar cage.

You can see the cut away on the 3D seesaw, as well as the modified cage. It is different but you'll have to really look to see it.

and here you can see the amount of angle gained by the 3D seesaw and other parts required to make this happen.

It just so happens that Correct is local to me and you're looking at the first one to come off the production line to solve this issue with the 3D seesaw from Thunder Tiger.

Thanks Fred. :cheers

I suppose you might have to specify which seesaw you plan on using when you buy from Correct.

Do you have a link for correct? I found out the hard way the TT seesaw will not fit the 3D, even though they show it in the manual as an optional upgrade.

Link? Here----> http://stores.ebay.com/CORRECT-Helicopter-Parts

I"m impressed with his customer service, very good!

He doesn't show the new flybar cage yet, you might want to contact him first. He has them in stock.

Is anyone looking for a R90 TT flybar cage? Like I said in my preveouse post It will not fit the 3D seesaw. It was purchased for my R90 3D so obveously, never used. I do not know if it is the same as for the R60. Here is a link to the item at heliproz where I purchased it for $49.99 http://www.heliproz.com/prodinfo.asp?number=133900 it is silver.

The NEWER R903D flybar see saw is longer than the older ORIGINAL dual holed see saw and that is why the METAL FLYBAR CAGE didn't fit it.

The NEW 903D see saw (#PVO610) is about an eigth or a quarter inch longer on each end and the grooves on it just off the center portion are for greater flybar tilt, the OLDER version didn't have the grooves and is shorter.

If you get one of the older original dual holed see saws your flybar cage will fit correctly and you can move the mixing arm on to the inner hole on the see saw without hitting the flybarcage.

If you use the metal flybar arms with the POST TYPE the NEW 903D posts are longer by that same ammount as the NEWER see saw so you don't need to buy the whole metal flybar arm set just the new longer posts (#PVO618)

If you use the NEW longer grooved see saw you need the NEW Stainless steel flybar with the wider spaced slots for the grubscrews is (#PVO615) and the NEW dual holed plastic mixer arm that goes on the see saw is (#PVO601) and has the 2 holes on the one long end to move the ball in for more throw on pitch.

Raven Darkcloud,

No I didn't get one yet. Because the R90 3D has 2 places to put the flybar arms, I don't know if a cage will have the same measurement as I have it set up. I set it up using the agressive settings.

I noticed in your pics you have metal hoops. I have them on my 50s but have not found them for a 90. Where did you get them?

I have the G-force Mixer Arms and the linkages going from them to the blade grips are at an odd angle, as if the "arm" on the blade grip is too long. I'm glad to see yours are the same way. One less thing to worry about I guess.

The alumi hoops came with the heli but I will be tring to make some on my mill If it works I can send some. The only ones I have seen for 90 online are quick uk. Mine might be quick uk might not but are not varry good quality. Its a soft alumi probly 6061 or 5055 and bends easy. I'm ordering some t7 7075 to get as hard as possible. I like to play with making new parts.

Hmm, whell while you are at it, on my R50 I have an aluminum tail mounted servo mount. It came with the heli purchased used. I asked the guy I bought the heli from and he said it was custom made in Hawaii. I'll have to send you a photo, it looks real professional. Maybe make them for R90s. I know people will say aluminum will introduce vibration but I've been flying with it for 2 years and have not had a problem yet.

I will be working on something like that too.
