I don't think you'll find one. I asked the same question and the best response I got was to bolt the two blades together and tie a string to the center to balance. I ended up buying the Heli-max blade balancer http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0095p?FVPROFIL=++&FVSEARCH=blade+balancer&search=Go (or try part no. LXKHJ7 at towerhobbies.com) and found that the smallest pin was 2.5mm and would not fit the 2mm hole in the Axe blade, so I had to manufacture a new holder using a strip of aluminum and two long 2mm bolts. It is my understanding that new blades come balanced and should not need it. Good luck!

I had the same problem and decided to do it manually.
I use a three sided ruler (drafting days) with rubber tape along one side (keeps the blade from slipping) to get the CG of each blade, which I mark on each one. Using packing tape I add weight to one blade to cause the CGs to match (usually on the blade who's CG is farthest from actual center).
Then I use a cheep 400g digital scale to measure the actual weight of the blades and add packing tape to lighter one at CG.
Now the blades are the same weight and they are balanced together as well (which keeps them tracking better).
There are certainly other ways, but this one is quick and easy.
Hope this helps!

Manual way is one of the best one... just long bolt and few nuts :)
BTW... There is excellent video of blade balancing from Finless

Video is about 30megs..
