help with gyro

hey everyone im a noob,,and addicted.my tail section twitches back and forth,im not sure how to fix this..sure appretiate it.

ok first off what kind of heli?
if its a blade 400 you want to lower the gyro setting in the tx
if its a cp-cp pro you want to lower the gain on the 4-in-1 or 3-in-1
vary vary slittly until it stops bouncing
