I finished it 2 or 3 weeks ago but just took some photos last weekend. Here they are. Along with a picture of the heli that was the inspiration.

It's the Funkey 500E from Heli-World. I can't take credit for the paint job. Bill at Arizona Heli did that. He does awesome work.

A member of my club imported his N9 canopy from Arizona Heli, the quality and finish is just outstanding.

Beautiful! I'm just getting started on a Heliartist N23CP Hughes 500D. I only have the fuse and just finished building the strobe light kit. Are those working lights on yours?

Thank you. No the lights don't work. I am looking for a light kit, what are you using?
Go to the scale lights thread - there are about 4 listed vendors. I ended up using the tjtrc lights. 3 strobe, 2 nav and landing light. Not overly bright during high sunlight but really cool out of direct sunlight and at dusk. Still an "ooohhh" factor whenever you turn them on though.

Sorry for the delay, I am also using the TJTRC lights, they work great for LED's, but with that size heli I would try to find real Xenon strobes, they're highly visible in daytime. My LED's can barely be seen in daytime unless you're looking for them. A friend of mine built a .60 size Jet Ranger a while back, and he used the Xenons. I'm not sure where he got them though. Awesome!
