Hi,
I know there is a thread somewhere regarding this and I am sorry for asking but is it possible to charge and balance 2 x 3S lipos at once and if so how. I mean where can I find the balancer adapter.
I have checked my local online guy and searched many of the retailers listed on this site but have had no luck.
Also went to my LHS and asked them and they said dont bother just charge them one at a time and dont worry about balancing them. I balance all my lipos so I would like to know if it is possible
My charger is a BC8 by the way and my lipos are flight power so if anyone knows or has a similar setup then I would love to know.

The only balancing charger I know of that can charge two lipos while balancing them at the same time is the Hyperion EOS 0610i DUO. It comes with adapters, but it may require extra adapters depending on the type of lipo balancing connectors you have on your battery. Keep in mind this unit is expensive and runs about $269, plus the cost of a power supply to run it.
Hyperion EOS 0610i DUO charges at 180W + 180W, 2x6S for 360W 12S Max. A true power house with two integrated 6S balancers.

Im using the TP-1010 charger with the TP210 balancer
I made a Y-connector for the batteries and charge thru it. And the balancing works like a charm with the TP210. I connect one battery in Bank A and the other in Bank B. The charger sense a 6s pack.
Have a look on the TP210 manual here, you can balance virtualy any configuration up to 10s. 3 * 3s, 2*5s etc. http://thunderpowerrc.com/PDF/TP210V%20Manual.pdf

you can charge in parallel so your batteries will balance themselves to each other, and balance the two batteries separately, I think this will result in an almost completely balanced 6s batterie when linked in series, anyone can please correct me if I am wrong.

Jaron,
Does that actually work?

Or...you can pick up a couple of these and charge as a 6S1P. Works well.

Or you could always wire up your own 6S battery from 2x 3S:

I'm using the FMA Cellpro 10s. Works great for a pair of 3s (will do a pair of 5s). The Cellpro internally charges/balances the packs in serial as a 6s. A fair bit cheaper than the Duo, but the Duo has the option of charging two 6s packs at the same time, so if you plan on running 6s in addition to 2x3s, the duo might be better...
Not sure if you can charge 2 pairs of packs on the duo...

Jaron,
Does that actually work?
Yes it does. I used this method to charge two packs for my T450 at the same time.
There is another thread around here where finless or fireup shows the same method with a TP balancer.
I always flew the packs the same amount of time so that they had about the same voltage.
