Metal Main bearing continuity

I finished the head tonight :thumbup: and am now moving on the the main frame.

I purchased the Align metal main bearing blocks and get continuity from the bearing to the non-anodized part of the bearing block, but it looks like the threads are anodized...

How do I get continuity between the edges of the bearing block and the CF frame?

Should I sand off the Anodizing?

I wire brushed the little nubs that go through the frame on the bearing block. I did the same thing with the screws that attach the bearing blocks. It has continuity now.
