bearings

im a noob and just a quick question,,when u change the bearings inside the blade grip holder is there a toll or something special or top secret way to get these bearings in and out without damage..

I just used the allen wrench at an angle still a little tuff but it works - I blow them out with compressed air and lube with tri-flow before re-installing.
