Why is it that when i spin up my heli, the blade is not parallel to the ground and turns to the right. But when i start it up it, goes straight up and not to the right. Is this a weight problem? This is not really doing anything to the performance but it just annoys me. THx for the help

just to understand your question, you lift off fine, but once in the air it looks un-level and turns to the right?

yep pretty much exept it looks like it turns to the right but doesnt

Yaws to the right?
or
Leans to the right?
or
Rolls to the right?
or...

the un-levelness while in the air is normal. Althought the blades should be parallel to the ground and the heli looks a bit cocked.

turning to the right - nose right tail left (yaw) easy band aid fix add some left subtrim to the rudder you'll have to play with the number to see what works.

Proper fix - your tail is not exactly centered. Thats a long explanation, I think its covered in the 'dummies' sticky thread though.

oh just re-read that.......its LEANING to the right but doesnt drift or turn. That is perfectly normal - someone else can explain it better than me.......boils down to just get used to it and have fun flying. :YeaBaby:

thx. i really thot it was a problem so i didnt want to start my first roll and loops today, but can someone explain how to make it look normal

it wont, I cant explain the physics but people on here already have, try doing a search on Sokal's posts, I think he is the one that explained all the ins and outs --- I just fly :)

Tilt your head to the right to make it look normal.:YeaBaby:
You can't adjust out the physics of the heli.;)

k. thx again

The physics involved has to do with the tail rotor pushing the heli one direction so the slight leaning in a hover is to counteract that push.
