After being tempted to try these for the last week or so i smashed my Belt cp as it got too far away. Built up my EXI and thought WOW, im going to take it very steady and spend atleast a week practicing low flying/hovering around untill i'm fully familiar with it.

HAHAHA
That didnt happen, second day of flying it im shooting it full speed into the air and flipping it upside down and doing some large tic-toc style things - i thought about attempting a loop and thought no... not yet. But as always, i flipped it upside down and instead of tic-tocing it back out i just pulled back even more and did my very first full loop! it wasnt one of those tiny ones that are more of a wobbly fall, a PROPER big loop, full speed all the way :)

Quite pleased now - going to charge my batteries and spend the dy tommorow flying and throwing in a few more!

I had to land after as I was so shaky after i did it.

Congatulations mate:) Just got back in from doing my first proper fast forward flying round the field thinking how well I'm doing for 12 weeks, then I see your doing all this after only 7:YeaBaby:

Still I have had to do most of my practice in the living room. Now It's still light when I get home from work.........

All the best Ian

Thanks Ian - I actually found this easier than doing "controlled" large figure of 8's. It mainly requires pumping up your testicles and trying it as it doesnt require as much stick input as a good figure of 8 but deffinatly gets the heart pounding.
I feel that i learn things like this fairly quick as i tend to push myself abit further than im comfortable with alot of the time, and i have just given up uni after 2 years of it to go full time on my fighting robots business - alright working with RC fighting machines all day long :) helps with my co-ordination. (and i'm only 20 so my brain still learns things!)

its great how a different heli can help build up your confidence. i flew my belt cp for about 2 days and never felt totally comfortable with it, then i put a 450 together and on my 3rd day with it i was looping it, 5th or 6th day of actual heli flying but about a year of sim time.

If only I knew then what I know now. (heavy sigh)

I'd be rich
I'd have more sex than would be good for me
I'd still have my '66 Shelby Mustang, my '60 Chev gasser, my '69 Chrysler ex-cop car, my '70 Subaro 360, my Gibson EBO bass and my Fender amps
I'd have a 2 million dollar house
I'd still have every firearm I've ever owned
and I would have asked that hot chick in high school for a date (and pounded the crap out of her football playing boyfriend)

On the other hand, I wouldn't have
my military service
my wife of 30 years
5 fine sons
and everything I've learned doing things the hard way

No not really, am not a big drinker, esp at home, and all my mates are away at the moment - in Uralsk, Dubai and Ireland. Will be having a few at the rugby club on sat pm though. I've never been in plaster before, plastered yes, but I dont like sitting around not being able to do much; that's why I got the tools out and tried to do a few things this eve. Was well chuffed with my efforts...

Invest heavily, mutual funds are great and the stock market ALWAYS will go up in the long run.

It IS not what you know, it's who you know.

If you can talk to a woman without being a jerk, and compliment her sincerely, your chance of getting lucky improves 100%. Although it is far better that she doesn't like you at first than that she doesn't notice you.

Everything else is built on these 3 concepts! :)
