Trex 500 BEC or Arizona Regulator

I'm in the process of building my Trex 500 and I currently bought a CC BEC and I have been reading some bad things about CC BEC.

So should I buy the Arizona Regulator or the Hercules Western Robotics Hercules BEC High Current.

I will be using 6 cell batt.
