OK, give up... been looking for Dierwolf's instructions

I've been looking for the instructions from Dierwolf on how to insert a picture and I can't find it. I have already uploaded the pic to the picture site and now I'm trying to insert the picture but not working. I think he said he used easypics and that's what I was attempting to use. I know I saw it yesterday on the Belt-CP forurm.... :arggg:

It's pretty easy to figure out. Load your pic to the site. Then copy the HTTP address from the site to your post.
