I have set up and used Realflight G3 for heli's,was wondering how hard the Phoenix is to set up with the DX-7 for someone who has not set up a real rc-heli first.Also how close is the t-rex 450 from Phoenix to the real thing.Thanks,Rob

I have never flown, and had Phoenix and a X9303 for months before I got my 450. I can't tell you how similar it is to flying a real bird, as I have not done it yet. But as far as getting it setup and working with my TX... very easy, did it in just a bit of time and reading.

There is a profile for the DX7 within Phoenix so I would guess it is pretty easy..

It's much easier to setup the DX7 on Phoenix compared to Real Flight.

Thats one of the reason I got rid of realflight (G4).
Pretty silly actually - should work out of the box.

Even when I did get it "working" there were some functions missing and the pov is terrible.

Looking forward to having some spare $$ to invest in Phoenix.
