Phasing pins,washout block.

Hey guys,just redid head setup from scratch and with collective stick down,the phasing pins are protruding from the washout block around 1mm. I can't remember if this is how it was stock? It does n't look like they could hit the swash at all.

Ahh... noooo......... definatley not.

Check that the arms on the washout block are level at 0 pitch (centre stick in stunt mode). Then if you are getting around 11 degrees pitch pos and neg then there is no way the pins should come out of the block.

at full neg pins should be level with the bottom of the phasing block
just lower swash will also have to re adj the washout arms and fly bar and blades
