MIni titan ESC beep code

I have a ACE RC BLC 40 that after a crash beeps 3 times slow followed by 2x2 fast beeps. Does anyone have any ideas as to what these could mean.
All functions of the heli work apart from the gyro won't move the tail servo. I have replaced both the tail servo and the gyro and still I have the same problem.

When you power on the heli, make sure the collective stick on the radio is in the lowest throttle position. If it's not int helowest position, then the ESC thinks you're trying to calibrate the collective positions.

Double checked the lowest position on the throttle and it was as low as it goes, still no improvement to the situation.
I am starting to suspect there may be an issue with the ESC as it was in the nose of the chopper when it hit the deck.
