help with tail wag

I have a new evo 50. first start was today. I have a good tail wag though. I have a Futaba 9c radio using 401 gy w/9254 servo. What do I need to look for to get the wag out please help.

Make sure the tail linkage can move freely.

What is your gain set at?

What tail blades are you running and how far out is the ball on the tail servo arm?

The gain should be set at zero on the 401 gyro. go into the gyro sens in the radio and turn down the sensetivity somewhere around 70 to 75. hope this helps. Oh wait a minute im sorry i was thinking of my dx7 radio the sensitivity in the 9c should be around 50. to get into gyro sensitivity press the mode button twice. if 50% doesnt do it turn it down till the tail stops wagging. if you more info i will help.
