401 combo still the best overall for L500?

I have been out for about 8-10 months of heli flying and noticed that a lot of stuff has came out for helis.. 401 still best for this usage? thanks..

If you want sport flying to moderate 3D yes it is still a very good value no doubt. If you want to spend abit more dough you can consider the Spartan DS760 coupled with a BL251 Brushless Futaba servo and have the best there is at this time. ;)

The Spartan DS760 was designed specifically for 3D and are available from most rc shops.

I believe they are bringing out another gyro soon called the DS 650.

saito yes I believe it is better then the 611 for certain, also as Jeremy stated the Solid G is another top quality gyro.

I've read good things about the Logitech ones too, but I'm yet to try one.
