Hi,

First of all this is my first build so I'm not very aquinted with all the terms yet and english isn't my native language but I hope you will understand.

Here is my problem:
The self tapping screw on one side didn't come in completely straight so when I tighten it the arm won't move freely (touches the middle bolt on seesaw holder that sticks out a bit.). so I untighten it a bit but get some slop.

Actually it's a little bit like this even on the other side. So I'm thinking of gluing on some tiny plastic "spacers" in between to increase the distance between the bolts and arms. Or should i sand the inside of the arms them a bit?

I have had EXACTLY the same issue. I temporary did the trick by adding another little spacer between them. But after one flight it came back. It was really terrible, my whole flybar couldn't move freely. I switched over to the metal flybar seesaw holder (H50025) upgrade and never looked back. My head now runs as smooth as silk.
