New Kong Power-100W6 doesnt work HELP

I need help. I just got my new KP-100W6 from Readyheli, plugged in, charged my batteries and decided to connected to my computer after all was done. I was asked if I wanted to update to the lates version and I did. I read the instruction on the PDF file, so I made sure I did not have any batteries connected. The process started downloading the software from there website, checking out the correct port and powering the Charger back up. A message came out "Update succesful" or something like that. Now the charger doesnt work. The LCD display turns ON but no data is display, the fan doesnt turn on needer

What Happended? Help....
