Just want to get a Heads up on how many plan on making the Event? If every one will Chim in and let us know it will make it easier to get an Idea on how much food we will need.
As we all know Fuel is a Big Deal for us now with Events and Travel,We are just trying to figure on Food so we don't have to eat BBQ & Chicken for the Monthly Meetings next Year.
If things work out we will have Asphalt Millings on the Drive and the Entire Parking area for the Event! Please let us know for it is hard to plan with out a Head Count Thanks & hope to See Every one There & Enjoy the Hospitality. Charles

Great Love to hear from every one We are Hoping for a Big turn Out , But with econicomical values some may not be able to make it.
We just don't wand to buy Chicken for 200 people and have 100 show up.
If we get a little closer to the Event we May have a Quail Supper instead of BBQ Just need to Know? Have 2000 Quail that need to be sold or Eaten buy January.
Fireworks may not be allowed if the Drought Persists it is up to the GODS and County Rule , but I hope we get some Rain to help things out!!!

Oh boy. Another event, right behind another one that I can manage to get to. How am I going to expalin to the GF that I am going to yet another event, when I tell her all the time I do not like to travel on weekends and such (beach, vacation trips and such). Oh well, we will see how much she loves me soon I guess.

I also am looking forward to the Blacksheep event ! Please be aware that any and all Blacksheep members are cordially invited to wander up to the mountains just north over Labor Day weekend and join the Heliheads/Erickson Flight "Skool" gang for our event Aug, 29,30,31. You guys have made some great improvements to your field -- This should be a good time with double hitter events within 2 weeks.

Looking forward to seeing everyone for sure. Yes, the field is really shaping up with pavement (1/2 of the runway width), 2 new shelters and power.
Keep in mind that the power is not for camper hook-up (most everyone I know with a camper has a generator), but can be used for charging and other power needs. Charles and the gang at the club have really been putting things together to make many good changes. One very important change is the return of the heli-friendly atmosphere we have been known for (due to the democratic process of club elections!)
I will contact WIll to look into a poll for attendance so that we can get a better of idea of how much food to obtain for the weekend..Gotta keep the energy levels up and the beasts fed!
